If you are worried about your child's weight , then try adding this raw banana powder into your baby's diet will be helpful. Raw banana is a energy booster. It strengthens the bones and makes little one stronger. You can add this into your baby diet when the baby is 9+ months old. I started for my daughter when she was 9 months old. And it is very easy to make raw banana powder at home. So let's check the recipe.
2 Raw banana. You can grate them or cut thin slices.

Sun dry those grated bananas. If it is really hot, it will take about 3 complete days to sun dry bananas
Once grated bananas are dried up, put everything into a mixer jar and make powder out of it.
Store this powder in a glass or steel jar. And keep this jar in fridge for better shelf life.
How to add in baby's diet - add a scoop of raw banana powder in solids that you are giving to your baby. You can add a scoop of it to dal water or dal, soup, khichadi etc. Ensure to cook raw banana powder for ten minutes after adding it in the food.
